1. Introduction and Definitions

The key definitions used in these Terms are as follows:

• Platform: The bmitbd website, all its subdomains and related services.
• Account: A personal user profile created through registration.
• Balance: The total amount of funds in an account available for deposit or withdrawal.
• Bonus: Additional funds provided as a promotional benefit, usable under specific conditions.
• Wagering Requirement: The total betting amount that must be met before a bonus becomes eligible for withdrawal.

2. Eligibility and Age Requirement

3.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

We reserve the right to verify your identity before processing any withdrawal. This process may involve requesting a national identity card, birth registration certificate or other government-issued documents.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

bmitbd supports all major mobile banking methods in Bangladesh: bKash, Nagad, Rocket and Upay. All transactions are carried out in Bangladeshi Taka (৳).

4.1 Deposit Conditions

• Minimum deposit: ৳100 (per method).
• After a deposit, funds are generally added to the account immediately.
• You must use only a payment account registered in your own name.
• Deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted and may be returned.

4.2 Withdrawal Conditions

• Minimum withdrawal: ৳1,000.
• Standard withdrawal processing time: 30 minutes to 3 hours.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

Our welcome bonus for new members is a 200% bonus on the first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000, with a wagering requirement of 20x. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳2,000 bonus, making the total balance ৳3,000; depositing ৳10,000 gives a maximum bonus of ৳8,000, making the total balance ৳18,000.

5.2 General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus offer has its own specific terms and expiry period.
• The wagering requirement must be met before bonus funds can be withdrawn.
• Another bonus cannot be accepted while one is active, unless otherwise specified.
• If bonus abuse is suspected, bmitbd reserves the right to cancel the bonus and forfeit any associated winnings.
• Claiming bonuses by creating multiple accounts is prohibited and subject to penalty.

5.3 VIP Program

bmitbd's VIP program has three tiers: Bronze — up to 0.3% weekly cashback; Silver — up to 0.7% weekly cashback; Gold — up to 1.0% weekly cashback. It is possible to advance to a higher tier through regular and active play.

6. Gameplay and Fair Use

bmitbd is committed to ensuring a fair and transparent environment across all games. All games available on our platform are developed by recognised software providers and have been tested to ensure fair play.

• The outcome of each game is determined by a certified random number generator (RNG).
• Live casino games are operated in real time by professional dealers.
• If a game stops mid-round due to a technical error, the bet for that round may be refunded or the next valid result may apply — a decision will be made based on the circumstances.
• Any dispute regarding a game result must be reported to the support team within 24 hours.

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bmitbd platform:

• Creating or operating multiple accounts.
• Registering or conducting transactions using another person's identity.
• Exploiting loopholes in the bonus system to gain unfair advantages (bonus arbitrage, hedging, etc.).
• Using any automated software, bots or scripts to play games.
• Using fraudulent payment methods or abusing chargebacks.
• Using the platform for money laundering purposes.
• Engaging in fraud or collusive play with other users.
• Attempting unauthorised access to the system or network.

If any of the above activities are detected, bmitbd reserves the right to immediately close the account, forfeit all funds, and take legal action if necessary.

8. Account Suspension and Closure

bmitbd reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account in the following circumstances:

• Evidence or suspicion of a breach of these Terms.
• Failure to complete identity verification.
• Detection of fraudulent activity on the account.
• Self-exclusion at the user's own request.
• Extended period of inactivity.

If no breach of terms has occurred prior to account closure, the user's balance will be returned. However, funds may be seized in the event of a terms violation.
